What the Property Needs

Electrical Requirements

  • 13 amp external waterproof socket
  • RCD protected for safety
  • Within reach of hot tub location

Water Supply

  • Access to external tap or hose
  • Good water pressure preferred
  • Suitable drainage nearby

Space Requirements

  • Flat area approximately 2.5m x 2.5m
  • Patio, decking, or solid ground
  • Easy access for delivery

Insurance

  • We are fully insured for hire
  • Public liability coverage
  • Certificate available on request
