Booking & Fee

To secure your hot tub hire booking, a returnable booking fee of £50 is required. This fee is fully refundable upon the return of the hot tub in good condition, subject to the terms outlined below.

Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and you have received confirmation from HotTubTastic.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery date: Full refund of your booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date: The booking fee will be forfeited as we will have likely turned away other bookings for those dates.

If you need to change your booking dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Booking Fee & Damages

Your £50 booking fee protects our equipment against damage beyond normal wear and tear. The fee will be returned in full provided:

• The hot tub and all accessories are returned in the same condition as delivered
• There is no evidence of misuse or negligence
• No additional cleaning is required beyond normal use

Safety Requirements

For your safety and the safety of others, please observe the following:

• Supervision: Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using or near the hot tub.
• Glass: No glass items are permitted in or around the hot tub area. Please use plastic or shatterproof containers only.
• Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor or midwife before using the hot tub.
• Medical conditions: If you have any medical conditions, particularly heart conditions or circulation problems, please seek medical advice before use.
• Alcohol: Please drink responsibly. Excessive alcohol consumption and hot tub use can be dangerous.

Operational Requirements

To ensure the hot tub operates correctly during your hire:

• Power supply: Never switch off the power to the hot tub during your hire period. The pump needs to run continuously to maintain water temperature and filtration.
• Chemicals: Use only the chemicals provided by HotTubTastic. Do not add any other products to the water.
• Water level: Maintain the water level as instructed. Do not overfill or allow the water level to drop significantly.
• Cover: Keep the insulated cover on when the hot tub is not in use to maintain temperature and prevent debris from entering.

Prohibited Items & Actions

• Fake tan: Fake tan and self-tanning products are prohibited as they can cause permanent discolouration to the hot tub liner. Any discolouration caused by fake tan may result in additional charges for cleaning or replacement.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted in the hot tub.
• Sharp objects: Do not place sharp objects in or near the hot tub.
• Food: We recommend keeping food away from the hot tub to maintain water quality.

Hygiene

To maintain water quality and ensure a pleasant experience:

• Shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and cosmetics
• Remove makeup before entering the water
• Do not use the hot tub if you have any open wounds or skin infections
• Do not use the hot tub if you are unwell with any contagious illness

Liability

HotTubTastic accepts no liability for:

• Any accidents, injuries, illness or death arising from the use of the hot tub
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Any indirect or consequential losses

By booking a hot tub with HotTubTastic, you accept full responsibility for the safe use of the equipment during your hire period.

Access for Collection

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the collection of the hot tub at the end of the hire period. If access is not provided at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

We require clear access to drain, deflate, and remove the hot tub. Please ensure the area around the hot tub is clear of personal items before our collection visit.

Delivery & Collection

We offer flexible delivery and collection days. While we always aim to deliver at the agreed time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic or road conditions
• Severe weather
• Vehicle breakdown
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will always contact you as soon as possible if there are any delays to your delivery or collection.

Agreement

By completing a booking with HotTubTastic, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these terms and conditions
• You are 18 years of age or over
• You accept responsibility for the hot tub during the hire period
• You will ensure all users are made aware of the safety requirements
